The year 2019 saw a decrease in the total number of human resources working at the Courts compared to the end of 2018. The decrease was mainly concentrated in the staff of the administrative body, compared to a noticeable increase in the supervisory category and young employees (18 to 35 years), which indicates the desire to provide opportunities, develop and empower young talents. 99
