Also, this culture is present in the Courts’ human resources policies, based on the firm belief that its leadership is a fruit of qualified human resources who are able to take on the burdens of tasks and responsibilities, in order to meet quality requirements and adhere the to criteria of excellent governmental performance which is a distinctive feature for performance in the Emirate of Dubai as a whole.
