Developing initiatives and projects related to the interests of young people at Dubai Courts that aim to provide an incubating environment to support their innovative and creative ideas and proposals to raise and develop talents and enable and consolidate the values that are compatible with the policies of Dubai Courts. 4. Supporting innovative and creative ideas and proposals, and developing the administrative and leadership skills of youth. 5. Submitting regular reports on the initiatives and events implemented for the Office of Dubai Courts General Director. Council’s local and international achievements and participations: - Organizing a youth gathering titled “The Gap Between the Academic Study of Law and Practical Implementation”. - Participation in the Innovation Conference in The Hague, Netherlands. - Participation in the Tolerance Knights program organized by the Ministry of Tolerance. - The Deputy Chairman›s participation in the Government Innovation Diploma in the United Kingdom. - Participation in the Young Peacemakers Forum in the British capital, London, which was launched by His Eminence the Grand Imam, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Al-Khatib Sheikh Al-Azhar, President of the Council of Muslim Elders, in cooperation with the Council of Muslim Elders and the Archdiocese of Canterbury. - Celebration of the International Youth Day under the motto Youth Empowerment. - Participation in the cognitive experiment within the activities of the Summer Academy for UAE Youth. - Achieving the wish of student to become a judge, as part of the efforts of Dubai Courts to support community initiatives and build bridges of communication with community members to enhance public confidence. - Holding a brainstorming session with a former head of the Youth Assembly of the Community Authority, entitled (Exchanging Youth Experiences). 109
