  CHPAPTER 3 Human resources empowerment ANNUAL REPORT Job happiness is a priority  Dubai Courts employees have always enjoyed many advantages and initiatives that aim to enhance their satisfaction and happiness rates, and the relevant work teams have made distinguished efforts in this regard, as a number of initiatives have been implemented in this context, including: - The Happiness Flashes program, where happiness and positivity are spread among employees through many targeted areas, especially the formation of the Happiness and Positivity Ambassadors team, which includes employees from all organizational units. - Implementing the Excellence Stars program and honoring the distinguished, with the aim of consolidating excellence, creativity and innovation in government work, and creating an internal environment that stimulates creativity and excellence. Honoring the owners of the feasible and applied suggestions, as 1,084 suggestions were received within the unified proposals system, and the number of feasible proposals, including 274, has reached %92, and the percentage of suggestions responded to within 15 working days has reached 110
