Subscription process in judicial knowledge services

Steps and procedures

1	Fill the subscription form of the electronic services.
2	Submit the signed form to the Knowledge Management Division.
3	Payment of 1000 AED for the subscription fee in addition to 10 AED for the knowledge fees
4	Service activation notification will be sent by e-mail along with the user guide

2	Sign the form by the authorized person (owner / partner) and then submit it to the lawyer’s affairs division.
3	Payment of 5000 AED for the subscription fee in addition to 10 AED for the knowledge fees.
4	Service activation notification will be sent by e-mail along with the user guide.

1	Fill the subscription form of the electronic services.
2	The form must be signed by the authorized person (owner / partner) and then submitted to the central services section.
3	Provide a list of the company cases.
4	Service activation notification will be sent by e-mail along with the user guide.

1	Individual users can now register an account online through UAE-Pass
2	The user has to first register an account with UAE-Pass on its website UAE-Pass

3	Service activation notification will be sent by e-mail along with the user guide.

1	Complete the e-services application form and submit it signed by the person authorized by the Governmental (Department/Authority/Corporation) to the Central Services Division along with the Department's lawsuit numbers filed with the courts.
2	Submit an official letter issued by the Governmental (Department/Authority/Corporation) to Dubai Courts addressed to Central Services Division, Lawsuit Division, stating the name of the employee who is authorized to submit the application and the particulars of the employee nominated by the Department to use the e-services.
3	Deliver the service to the applicant via email, with user's manual attached.

Requirements and conditions

1	Proof of identity of the concerned person (Emirates ID or passport copy).
2	Official authorization of the individual who is going to submit on behalf of the company/institution.

1	Copy of the certificate of registering the advocate office in the legal affairs department (Government of Dubai).

1	The company must have cases registered in Dubai Courts.
2	Required one of the following:
	- Trade license.
	- Power of attorney from the corporate director to the person applying on behalf of the company.
	- Official letter from the company authorizing their employee to apply for this service.
3	Proof of identity of the company director (Emirates ID or passport copy).
4	In case of Power of attorney then a proof of identity of the representative is required (Emirates ID or passport copy).

1	The person must be involved in the cases submitted above.
2	Proof of identity (Emirates ID or passport copy).

1	Active registration as expert with Dubai Courts.
