A service allows customer to conduct a legal or civil marriage contract approved by Dubai Courts

Personal Status Certifications
This is an attestation service performed by the Personal Status Court as part of its jurisdiction for documents such as authentication of marriage contracts and providing social status certificates of members of society.
Beneficiaries
Legal Marriage: All citizens and residents of Dubai Emirate.
Civil Marriage: Non-Muslims and residents of Dubai Emirate (one of the parties of the marriage shall be a residing in Dubai). 
Documents
•    Legal Marriage:     -Upload pre-marriage medical examination certificate issued by an authorized medical center in PDF format after presenting the original (to attest the marriage Contract).     -Upload a Private Attested Power of Attorney in PDF format; (if there is an agent).     - To view the additional requirements, please click on the file. •    Civil Marriage:     -Upload a Private Attested Power of Attorney in PDF format; (if there is an agent).     -Submit an attested marital status certificate for the parties to marriage by the Embassy of their country of origin. 
Conditions
-Legal Marriage:     -One of the parties shall be a citizen or resident of Dubai.     -The engaged parties shall be 18 lunar years old and above.     -The parties or their legal representative shall appear in person and they have to submit the Power of the Attorney of the representative (if any), and the concerned party shall submit his original ID to ratify his/her identity details.     -The witnesses must be males.     -All documents shall be submitted in soft copies in PDF format, provided that the same shall be submitted in legal Arabic translation stamped by the Ministry of Justice in UAE, and if issued from outside the country, the same shall be certified by the official authorities: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the concerned country, the UAE embassy in the concerned country and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, UAE. -Civil Marriage:     -One of the parties shall be a resident of Dubai.     -The age of the engaged parties must be 21 years old.     -The parties or their legal representative shall appear in person and they have to submit the Power of the Attorney of the representative (if any), and the concerned party shall submit his original ID to ratify his/her identity details.     -All documents shall be submitted in soft copies in PDF format, provided that the same shall be submitted in legal Arabic translation stamped by the Ministry of Justice in UAE, and if issued from outside the country, the same shall be certified by the official authorities: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the concerned country, the UAE embassy in the concerned country and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, UAE.
