Temporary and Summary judicial orders : A service through which clients can submit applications for payments order for consolidated debt which has not been paid, in addition to urgent requests where there is a possibility of time lapse which does not interfere with the original rights

• Upload the trade license for companies and institutions in PDF format.
All documents should be soft copies in PDF format, provided that the same shall be translated into Arabic as legal translation approved by the Ministry of Justice in the UAE, and if issued from outside the country, the same shall be certified by the official authorities: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the concerned country, the UAE embassy in the concerned country and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, UAE.
A custom fee shall be collected as follows:
The Order on petition fee is 300 AED
The travel ban request fee is 1000 AED
The fee of setting the executive formula for the first time is 50 AED
The fee of the delivery of passport or ID is 500 AED
Application fee for opening a deposit safe in a bank of 1000 AED
Issuance of travel ban request - Personal Status 100 AED
