Litigation in the modern era includes going through legal procedures that are characterized in many aspects by their complexity and technical nature, which require the help of professional assistants who specialized in playing this role in all countries of the world, led by lawyers.
As a part of the pioneering community initiatives and based on the partnership between Dubai Courts and all law firms in the Emirate of Dubai, Free Legal Advice Program has been designed to provide initial assistance to litigants so as to help them bring their cases properly.

Terms and Conditions for free advice service:

1. Free advice is provided to financially distressed individuals only, excluding companies.
2. Free advice is provided before filing a case and for one time for the same subject and reason.
3. Free advice is provided on the types of cases specified in the form below.
4. Legal advice is provided to a customer by a lawyer or legal advisor working for a law firm licensed in Dubai.
5. Legal advice is provided to a customer over the phone or in person in the law firm, at the law firm discretion. The advice duration takes from (30) to (60) minutes.
