CHPAPTER 2 Performance development ANNUAL REPORT through the distribution of funds for charitable causes under specific controls, with the aim of lifting the burden from the aggrieved and defaulters in civil execution cases, through the release of prisoners and the lifting of seizures, which has a positive impact on the fate of entire families. The initiative has yielded the following results: Outcomes of the initiative: 1. The total number of civil case files that were closed mounted to 236, including: 151 civil execution files. 69 Sharia execution files. 16 rents execution files. 2. One-year suspension for 49 Sharia case files. 3. A total of 236 files: This means that 236 people have benefited from the initiative; i.e. 236 families were saved. 4. Total claims AED 48,592,359 and total settlement amounts to end execution AED 23,890,283. Average decision-making time 5. Beneficiaries belonged to over 17 nationalities. 6. More than 10 prisoners were released under this initiative. 7. Travel ban lifted for 19 people. 8. Search warrants suspended for 55 wanted persons. 9. 45 passports were delivered under this initiative.
