Al Motamed Initiative An initiative that aims to shorten the implementation procedures to two steps and close the file permanently, for the executees (insurance companies and large companies), as they wish to pay and prevent any executive action on the company, so that the procedure is as follows: 1. Registration. 2. Referring the file to the Address Inquiry Division. 3. Referring the file to the Tolerance Division for communication, supplying the amount and closing the file. Previous procedure: 1. Registration. 2. Referring the file to the Address Inquiry Division. 3. Commencing announcement procedures. 4. Referring the file to the Funds Inquiry Division. 5. Starting to send inquiries to relevant parties. 6. Commencing Execution procedures. 7. Referring the file to the Tolerance Division and Execution Settlements for communication and notification. Al Khair Courts This initiative comes in response to and interaction with the initiative launched by His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, by declaring the year 2018 the Year of Zayed, as well as declaring the year 2019 the Year of Tolerance, by providing support and assistance to the needy.
