      CHPAPTER 2 CHPAPTER 3 CHPAPTER 4 MAIN INDEX  - Digital Justice initiative: This initiative aims to achieve digital and smart transformation in the management of case files. It resulted in saving 1,000,000 papers through: -1 Reducing the time needed to access the service location from one hour to 5 minutes. -2 Reducing paper consumption by 100%. -3 Increasing the digital transformation rate to 100%. -4 Shortening the adjudication time from 3 months to one month. -5 Reducing stationary and transportation costs for customers by 100%. - Smart Letters initiative: This initiative seeks to develop a system to accomplish all communications and letters related to cases of various types and classifications electronically, and has added to previous efforts to save 1,000,000 papers through: -1 Increasing the digital transformation rate to 100%. -2 Canceling printers and reducing paper and ink consumption by 100%. -3Improvingtheefficiencyandproductivity of human resources and eliminating the need for traditional archiving efforts. -4 Laying off couriers and delegates. -5 Reducing the time needed for messages to reach recipients from an average of one week to less than 5 minutes. - E-colletion initiative: This initiative aims to develop the fees collection system without the need to print out receipts to customers. It resulted in saving 1,770,237 papers through: -1 Increasing the digital transformation rate to 100%. -2 Canceling printers and reducing paper and ink consumption by 100%. -3 Improving the efficiency and productivity of human resources and eliminating the need for traditional archiving efforts. Our efforts within Dubai Paperless Strategy: The initiatives of Dubai courts have worked fruitfully with the initiatives of the rest of government agencies to surpass the goals of the Dubai paperless strategy, as the completion rate reached 55.46% 47
