CHPAPTER 1 Continuing the strategic course ANNUAL REPORT Social Counseling and Family Reconciliation Service Project (Family Happiness Counselor), result of the X10 initiative TheSocialGuidanceandFamilyReconciliation Service was launched in cooperation with the Community Development Authority, and it is available to all members of society through artificial intelligence technology and without human intervention and comes in the framework of Dubai Courts› efforts to harness artificial intelligence in promoting social cohesion and family happiness, by launching the first interactive consultant around the clock. The program provides social counseling and family reconciliation services based on understanding their problems, analyzing their personalities and developing appropriate plans for their social training and rehabilitation. The program periodically monitors their condition and prepares and approves the reconciliation agreement between the spouses, and the program applies artificial intelligence and communicates with family members directly without any human intervention. Benefits acquired: - The service can be reached at any time (24 hours a day) and from any place. - Human service is not needed, as all services are provided through artificial intelligence. - The services are based on practical, scientific and legal expertise under the best international practices applied in the field of family counseling. - Services are provided smoothly and confidentially to ensure social sustainability and cohesion. - All services are electronic and paperless. - Contribution to rehabilitation programs, and proposing suitable training plans for the targeted segments. - The program is a trusted personal advisor to all society members in their social issues and problems. 44
