CHPAPTER 1 Continuing the strategic course ANNUAL REPORT á````````«``eƒ``μ`ë`dG äÉ``````Yô```````````°ùŸG GOVERNMENT ACCELERATORS مبــادرة من حكــومة الإمـــارات UAE Government Initiative Government accelerator for the direct online execution of judgments, decisions and delegations project Dubai Courts is working with a number of strategic partners, including the Ministry of Justice, Abu Dhabi Judicial Department and Ras Al Khaimah Courts Department, to apply a standard online delegation system at the UAE level in order to increase the rate of delegation execution across the UAE execution courts, accelerate the execution of judicial orders and ensure transparency and clarity in execution decisions through the exclusive use of the system. Under this qualitative project, the scope and work plan have been devised and a system management agreement was signed with Emirates Auctions. All federal and local judicial bodies are integrated in the system, as well all relevant federal and local institutions. It was agreed to implement all delegations through the online system. 42
