Dubai Courts commence the preparatory phase for the Main Building Development Project, with carefully planned regulatory and operational arrangements ensuring the continuity of judicial services and the smooth and efficient relocation of departments to alternative premises, in a manner that maintains case progress and the interests of users without any impact, and reflects the Courts' commitment to enhancing the efficiency of judicial infrastructure and improving the quality of the user experience.. . In this context, His Excellency Prof. Saif Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Director-General of Dubai Courts, affirmed that this project constitutes one of the key pillars within Dubai Courts' comprehensive development vision, which is based on modernizing judicial infrastructure and preparing an integrated work environment that supports the efficiency of the justice system and keeps pace with accelerating institutional and technological transformations, in line with the Government of Dubai's directions and future aspirations.. . His Excellency clarified that the project is not limited to the development of facilities alone but rather aims to bring about a qualitative shift in the judicial work environment and enhance the Courts' readiness for the requirements of the next phase, while maintaining the continuity of judicial services without any impact on case progress or the interests of users. He further affirmed that Dubai Courts have adopted comprehensive proactive planning covering all regulatory, operational, and technical aspects, to ensure smooth workflow and service stability throughout the project implementation phases.. . He also indicated that the work teams at Dubai Courts operate in full coordination among all relevant departments, in accordance with well-considered plans that ensure the readiness of operational alternatives and the continued delivery of services in line with the highest standards of quality and efficiency, reflecting the Courts' commitment to placing users at the forefront of their priorities.. . On his part, Mr. Abdullah Al Rayes, Director of the Customer Happiness Department at Dubai Courts, clarified that the Department, headquartered in the Court of Cassation building, is responsible for managing the communication loop and serving as the main guidance point for users during this phase. This is achieved by directing litigants and users to the appropriate request submission mechanisms based on the nature of each transaction, whether through in-person attendance or via the approved digital channels and services, in accordance with a clear and unified mechanism that ensures ease of access to services.. . Al Rayes further noted that Dubai Courts place special emphasis on the comfort of users by facilitating access to services and ensuring their continued delivery with efficiency and high quality.
