. On the sidelines of the International Conference for Court Administration 2025, Dubai Courts received official delegations from several countries participating in the conference. The visitors were given a comprehensive field tour of the Courts’ facilities to gain first-hand insight into Dubai’s pioneering experience, which has established the Emirate as a global model in developing a modern justice system and fostering innovation within the judicial sector. The visit reflected the delegations’ keen interest in learning about best practices in court administration, particularly as Dubai Courts stands among the leading institutions to have successfully achieved a comprehensive digital transformation and a modern judicial environment that rivals the world’s most advanced systems.. At the beginning of the tour, Ms. Maryam Abdulrahman Al Marzouqi, Corporate Communication Specialist at Dubai Courts, welcomed the visiting delegations and emphasized the importance of exchanging expertise and showcasing Dubai Courts as an inspiring success story in transformation and modernization. In her remarks, she stated that “Dubai Courts is moving forward with a clear vision centered on excellence and innovation, and that it is an honor to present to the international delegations the journey that has taken the Courts from traditional operations to an advanced digital judicial system—one built upon the steadfast support and forward-looking vision of the wise leadership to make Dubai a city that shapes the future.”. During the tour, the delegation received a detailed briefing on the design of the modern courtrooms, which incorporate the latest technologies to create a flexible and advanced environment for managing hearings. They were also introduced to the features of the hybrid hearing system, which combines in-person and virtual attendance, thereby enhancing the efficiency of litigation and expediting judicial procedures. The delegation also viewed a visual presentation showcasing the establishment and development of Dubai Courts—from its early paper-based operations to achieving a fully digital transformation—along with the accompanying initiatives aimed at modernizing judicial services. . As part of Dubai Courts’ commitment to promoting a culture of innovation, the delegation attended a workshop titled “Judicial Innovation Pioneers Accelerator”, organized by the Strategy and Corporate Performance Department. The workshop highlighted key tools and methodologies adopted by Dubai Courts to foster a spirit of innovation among its employees and to develop pioneering initiatives that contribute to advancing judicial work and anticipating future needs. The delegation was also briefed on practical examples of innovative projects developed within the institutional accelerator framework, which have had a tangible impact in streamlining procedures and improving the user experience. The members of the delegations commended this aspect, noting that engaging employees in institutional innovation represents one of the key factors behind Dubai Courts’ continued success..
