Inheritance

This service allows the heirs to avail themselves of the services provided by the Court of Inheritance. This includes opening inheritance file and filing different sub-cases (civil, commercial, real estate and personal status). A final judgment is issued accordingly and the same is appealable before the Appeal Department at Court of Inheritance.

Documents
Estate files: 1- Upload the estate inventory list and list of exhibits (with all supporting documents). 2- Upload the succession certificate in the form of PDF file. Inheritance cases (civil, commercial, real estate, and personal status) 1. Upload the statement of claim and list of exhibits (with all supporting documents). 2. Upload the Judge Rapporteur’s order approving the registration of the case in PDF format or upload non-settlement decision issued by Land Department excluding: will enforcement/execution for Non-Muslims/ sale of residential property owned by heirs/ separation of joint properties registered under heirs names/ cases filed by Endowment and Minors' Trust Foundation according to rules and regulations mentioned in paragraph 7 of decision No. 4/2023 issued by Chief Justice of the Court of Inheritance. has context menu
Conditions
• Issuance of referral decision issued by the Judge of inheritance of Personal Status Court- to Special Court of inheritance in related case's file thereof in the following types: (civil – commercial – real estate – personal status). • All documents must be upload online and in PDF format with legal Arabic translation , attested by the Ministry of Justice in the UAE. If these document are issued from outside the country, must be attested by official authorities thereof. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the concerned country , the UAE Embassy ,and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in the United Arab Emirates.
