Definition

هو عقد يقيم الموكل بمقتضاه شخصا آخر للنيابة عنه في القيام بإجراء أو عدة إجراءات على مركبة أو مركبات بالقيادة أو السفر أو البيع أو الشراء أو الرهن وغيرها وقد تكون محددة أو شاملة.

Pre-Requisites

1.  Presence of Principal and Agent in person before notary public or through their proxies, guardians, curator or caretakers.
2.   Original personal identification document and a copy thereof shall be submitted.
3.  Original documents establishing the capacity of the attending person, and his competence to represent and sign the contract to be notarized, along with copies thereof.
4.   All documents provided as supporting documents for notarization, which are issued abroad, shall be duly certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and by the duly certified legal translation thereof shall be provided.

Steps

1. Set appointment for appearance before Notary for signing.

2. Review application form by Notary.

3. Pay by credit card or e-Dirham.

4. Examination and identification of instrument?s options.

5. Enclose documentation required for authentication.

6. Fill required data or information in the form

7. Sign and receive document.

Conditions

1. The attending declarant shall be no more than 21 Gregorian years of age.
