Commercial Court of first instance

About the court and its jurisdiction
One of the specialized Courts in Courts of First Instance that is presided over by a judge whose grade is not less than an appeal judge and who, in terms of administrative supervision, reports to the Court President of the Courts of First Instance. It has the power to consider and adjudicate disputes and litigations arising from commercial transactions and contracts, such as, for example, but not limited to:

- Commercial contracts lawsuits 
- Banking lawsuits 
- Intellectual property lawsuits 
- lawsuits pertaining to companies, financial institutions, and securities 
- Lawsuits related to commercial agencies and exclusive distribution 
- Marine and aerial disputes 
- Lawsuits pertaining to commencing bankruptcy proceedings and grievance thereof
- Performance orders 
- Grievance of performance orders according to value-based jurisdiction
