  CHPAPTER 2 Performance development ANNUAL REPORT  the Tolerance Award initiative in line with the declaration of 2019 as the Year of Tolerance, where Judge Jamal Al Jaberi, President of the Labor Court at Dubai Courts, stated that the Tolerance Award is a competition between the judges of the Labor Court, contributing to a rise in the ratio of the reconciliation index among litigants, and he confirmed the commitment of the Labor Court to the visions of the State in consolidating and disseminating concepts and values of tolerance that are the title of societies intellectually and humanly, and a tool of civilizational empowerment, and a guarantee of stability and prosperity of nations. The head of the Labor Court also honored a number of judges, including His Honor Judge Ayman Ismail Raslan and His Honor Judge Ahmed Abdel Qader Abu Nabil for obtaining the highest percentage of conciliation within the Tolerance Award Initiative. 4. Dedicated directorate for the litigations of support service workers: The directorate was established following the issuance of Federal Law No. (10) of (2017) concerning Support Service Workers. In order to enforce the law, the Labor Court established a dedicated directorate for hearing the litigations of support service workers in partial and entire cases due to the importance of such cases which require speedy adjudication under a special indicator, bearing in mind that the previous procedure prior to the issuance of the law was to hear cases of support service workers at the General Administration of Residency and Foreigners Affairs. 74
