CHPAPTER 1 CHPAPTER 3 CHPAPTER 4 MAIN INDEX The judges, heads of First Instance Court all judgments issued by Dubai Courts, in addition to enhancing confidence in the judicial system and competitiveness at the global level, and affirming the commitment of Dubai Courts to move forward on the path of creativity and permanent innovation. Under this initiative, judgments from 2010 to date are now available to the public, amounting to nearly 300,000 judgments. Initiative to restructure judicial procedures It comes as a translation of the decision adopted by the UAE Cabinet regarding the regulatory bylaw of the Civil Procedure Code that took effect from February 2019, and includes important amendments that keep pace with government drives and contribute to achieving the UAE Vision 2021 and the UAE Centennial 2071 and aims to enhance and modernize judicial procedures and ensure their easy application to individuals within the judicial system in the UAE. The approved regulation aims to improve the environment and the legislative and judicial structure in the UAE in a manner that serves the members of society and enhances its competitiveness at the global level. The bylaw also allows the development of procedures in a flexible manner that enhances the efficiency of the UAE's judicial system, without affecting the core of the basic constitutional principles which govern the judicial functions. 61
