                Dubai Courts seeks to enhance institutional performance in order to become a universal model for an advanced administrative system that keeps up with international variables. Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum inaugurated the Digital Justice Platform, which is one of the major demonstrations of the digital and visual revolution in technological judiciary applications, as part of the high speed of comprehensive development in Dubai, adopting innovative solutions which correspond with Dubai Government›s aspiration to make quantum leaps in litigation procedures. Dubai Courts is always keen on upgrading its services into smart technologies and developing its judiciary systems and legislative infrastructure to adopt the latest innovations, provide and facilitate services remotely to customers using cutting edge technologies. Dubai provides litigation through an advanced judiciary system that applies modern technologies to surpass the expectations of customers. The annual report of Dubai Courts is issued regularly to document all of the Courts’ events and activities throughout the year. It is therefore a record of the accomplishments of Dubai Courts, providing documented information to specialists and interested decision makers and researchers. Furthermore, the annual report reflects the commitment of Dubai Courts directorates to achieve excellence and their constant pursuit to enhance organizational performance so that Dubai Courts becomes a universal model for an advanced administrative system that keeps up with international variables. Through this report, Dubai Courts is keen on assessing the completed phases in the overall development of the judiciary system in Dubai, the success rate of projects and initiatives listed in the operational plan, the achievement of strategic objectives and improvement opportunities, if any, in order to continue to work towards the implementation of the ambitious vision to achieve excellence in courts at a world-class level.
