ANNUAL REPORT - DUBAI COURTS
The Global Best Practices Conference awards, issued by the Global Organizational Excellence Congress, is one of the region’s leading competitions for showcasing the best practices in organizational performance. Dubai Courts received a high ranking from amongst 77 local and international competitors in the category of happiness indicators and their impact on staff happiness.

The 6th Global Benchmarking Award is an international recognition for the implementation of the top standards in benchmarking management and best practices updates.

This award aims to explore and support innovation in the  eld of smart and e-government to facilitate its use for customers. Dubai Courts overtook all other competitors in its content and management of its website, which provides added value to customers, serves people and makes them happy.

Dubai Courts won the Common Service category of the Minister of Interior Award for Excellence, in recognition of its on-day-case initiative launched in collaboration with Dubai Police and Dubai Public Prosecution. The aim of the initiative is to complete all procedures, starting from  ling a report with the police department, referring the same from the public prosecution to the court, and issuing the verdict in one day at the police station. This re ects the continuous support of the police leadership, partners, sectors, organizational units and individuals in their pursuit for excellence, and the provision of the best police services in line with the top international standards to further enhance the UAE position on the global competitiveness ranking.
