Human resources is one of the drivers of Dubai Courts’ excellence and pioneering positions. The Courts’ supreme leadership has a deep understanding of this point, re ected in the remarkable efforts exerted by the four sections of the Human Resources Department in terms of HR planning, attraction, mobilization, motivation, rehabilitation at the highest levels and continuous development, including the performance of all administrative tasks to achieve their goals.
