Tolerance And Amicable Settlements
The year 2018 witnessed growth in Dubai Courts’ focus on tolerance values and urging con icting parties to apply amicable settlements in the spirit of the Year of Tolerance. Dubai Courts achieves a number of goals through tolerance, including: Speedy decision-making and satisfaction of both parties, reducing requests and visits, reducing reliance on attorneys, increasing resource ef ciency, facilitating smart upgrades, cutting fees, speedy execution, education and consultation, reducing the length of litigation, reducing the burden on judges, reducing the proportion of cases, and increasing the
proportion of reconciliation and settlements, which bene ts all parties and stakeholders. The following segments are usually targeted to embody tolerance: Families and heirs, individuals and workers, non-Muslims, corporates, individuals of other cultures of all nationalities.
