The remote registration service aims at undertaking transactions through Dubai Courts’ website. The customer enters the case information, parties and documents. After the transaction is reviewed and approved by the competent unit at the Courts, the customer pays the fees online and the case is then registered and assigned to a judicial circuit, and the first hearing date shall be set.
