Ratification of marriage contracts concluded by churches and wills of non-Muslims

This service allows clients to obtain a certified agreement for the establishment contracts and their annexes, contracts for Selling Shares , contracts for commercial shops, work contracts for servants, mortgage contracts and Attestation of Wills & Marriage contracts of Non-Muslims (provided that other parties are not authorized to certify it).

This is a service provided by Dubai Courts relating to the ratification of the personal signatures of parties to the transaction in person or in the presence of their representative to verify their capacity and their knowledge of the subject of the document.
All Customers
• Upload the statement of the case and Docket that contains (supporting documents) in PDF format.
• Upload the marriage contract issued by one of the churches approved in Dubai (to ratify the marriage contract) in PDF format. After showing the original.
• Upload the will form to be certified (for non-Muslim wills) in PDF format.
• Upload the relevant contracts and documents (for non-Muslim wills) in PDF format.
In case of service request in Service centers or Private Notary Offices:
Personal attendance is required, and presenting the original ID, in order to read the identity details of the concerned person.
If any part is interdicted, the Guardian shall act on his behalf to sign after obtaining permission from the competent authority.
All documents should be soft copies in PDF format, provided that the same shall be translated into Arabic as legal translation approved by the Ministry of Justice in the UAE, and if issued from outside the country, the same shall be certified by the official authorities: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the concerned country, the UAE embassy in the concerned country and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, UAE.
- Ratification of the will for non-Muslims AED (2000).
- Certification of signatures in the document with no value AED (200) for the signature of each of the parties to the document (church contracts).
- Entering the transaction data electronically by the notary AED 100 for each signature of the parties to the document.
