Execution of Judgments

This service allows clients to register for an execution file to enforce the executive writ by force if enforcement was not possible by agreement.
Main Service 
Execution
This is a service that allows clients to execute Dubai Courts issued orders, judgments and decisions, the DIFC court rulings, the minutes of the settlement agreements, certified judgment drafts if the competent court's authorizes, the executive provisions of foreign judgments and deputations referred to the Court from the other emirates and GCC countries when the domicile of the defendant or his property is within Dubai Courts' jurisdiction.

Documents
• Upload the statement of execution and Docket that contains (supporting documents) in PDF format. • Upload the trade license for companies and institutions in PDF format.
Conditions
A decision shall be obtained in advance to approve the execution of the judgment. All documents should be soft copies in PDF format, provided that the same shall be translated into Arabic as legal translation approved by the Ministry of Justice in the UAE, and if issued from outside the country, the same shall be certified by the official authorities: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the concerned country, the UAE embassy in the concerned country and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, UAE.
Fees
The application for execution of executive bonds shall be levied a fee equivalent to (2%) of the value for which execution is requested If the convicted person is non-cash, the applicant shall be levied a fee equivalent to (20%) of the fee collected on the case before the Court of First Instance. Any application sentenced in personal status claims or applications other than the judgments issued for alimony, of AED 50. Claims, appeals and applications filed by workers or their beneficiaries not exceeding AED 100,000 shall be exempted from payment of fees. Fees collected shall not be less than AED 200, excluding labor cases, and not more than AED 5000 for all types of cases, except for commercial cases where the value of the claim is less than AED 500,000 and below, with a maximum limit of AED 1000.
