Labour Cases

This service allows clients to register Labour Claims in which the employer, employee or their respective representatives are disputing over any of their rights under Federal Law No. 8 of 1980 Regarding the Organization of Labour Relations.
Main Service 
Claims
It is the first degree of litigation and allows the client to register in the proceedings of the First Instance and includes five sub-types (Civil, Commercial, Labour, Real Estate and Personal Status).

Documents
• Upload the referral issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation or the concerned free zones approved by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation in PDF format. • Upload the statement of the case and Docket that contains (supporting documents) • Upload the Trade License in PDF format for companies and institutions.
Conditions
All documents should be soft copies in PDF format, provided that the same shall be translated into Arabic as legal translation approved by the Ministry of Justice in the UAE, and if issued from outside the country, the same shall be certified by the official authorities: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the concerned country, the UAE embassy in the concerned country and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, UAE.
Fees
A fee of (5%) of the value of the case filed by the employer shall be collected, provided that it shall not be less than AED 500 and not more than AED 20,000. A fee of (5%) shall be collected from the value of the claim registered by the worker in which the claim amount exceeds (100,000) one hundred thousand dirhams and not more than (20,000) twenty thousand dirhams.
