إقرار يصدر من الشخص المالك للوسيلة البحرية يقر بموجبه ببيع الوسيلة البحرية للمقر له.

6.   All documents provided as supporting documents for notarization, which are issued abroad, shall be duly certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and by the duly certified legal translation thereof shall be provided.

Steps

1. Set appointment for appearance before Notary for signing.

2. Review application form by Notary.

3. Pay by credit card or e-Dirham.

4. Examination and identification of instrument?s options.

5. Enclose documentation required for authentication.

6. Fill required data or information in the form

7. Sign and receive document.

Conditions

1.  The acknowledger must be at least 21 years old
2.  The ship / marine vehicle must be written off the official records of the State
3.  A statement of the technical specifications of the ship / marine vehicle: length, width and depth
4.  The ship / marine vehicle price sale must be included in the acknowledgment

Documents to be attached electronically and original copies to be brought on attendance

1. In case of removal from official registries, Letter of Removal from competent body.
2. in case of non registration, purchase invoice duly certified by the competent body (e.g. chamber of commerce and industry)
3. If the Declarant is acting in his personal capacity: Original personal identification document and a copy thereof shall be submitted. This shall include passport, national ID card, or any other document issued by an official body in the UAE.
4. If the Declarant is acting as establishment owner: a. Commercial License b. Enclosures as shown above
5. If the Declarant is acting as managing director: a. Commercial License b. Memorandum of Association and any appendices proving his competence to assign. c. Enclosures as shown above.
6. If the Declarant is acting as representative of the seller: a. Certified POA b. Enclosures as shown above
