1. The subject of the contract should be within the limits of provisions and regulations of commercial transactions regulating law number (18) of 1993 and amendments thereto, and law pertaining to the commercial companies number (2) of 2015 and amendment thereto, and the law of civil transactions number (5) of 1985 and amendment thereto, and the law number (13) of 2011 concerning regulation of Economic activities in Emirates of Dubai, and that is not contrary to public order and ethics, should be plausible and not with purport of circumvention.

3. The contract must include the following information: A- Name of the contracting parties with mention of their nationalities, residence addresses and date of births. B- Type of establishment, license number and name of the establishment. C- Material included in the amendment.
4. The owner shall conclude a memorandum of association containing the following information: A- The name of the Company and owner's followed by the mention "A Sole Person Limited Liability Company." B- Full name of the owner, nationality, date of birth and address. C- The purpose of the Company. D- The head office of the Company and its address. E- Capital of the Company, shares in kind if any, with description of its value and the proportion representing the capital. F- Full name of the manager, his nationality, address, and his authority. G- Starting and ending date of the company if any. H- In case the owner is a minor, his legal guardian (father or grandfather) shall sign on his behalf. But a curator, needs to take permission from the Awqaf and Minor Affairs' Department. As for a caretaker, he needs to get permission from the court of jurisdiction.
