1. The provisions of the contract shall comply with regulations and rules organizing commercial companies in the Emirate, and the Commercial Companies Law No. (2) of 2015 as amended. The contract may not be in violation of public order or morals, apparently invalid, or intended for fraudulent purposes.

3. The owner shall conclude a memorandum of association containing the following information: A- The name of the Company and owner's followed by the mention "A Sole Person Limited Liability Company." B- Full name of the owner, nationality, date of birth and address. C- The purpose of the Company. D- The head office of the Company and its address. E- Capital of the Company, shares in kind if any, with description of its value and the proportion representing the capital. F- Full name of the manager, his nationality, address, and his authority. G- Starting and ending date of the company if any. H- In case the owner is a minor, his legal guardian (father or grandfather) shall sign on his behalf. But a curator, needs to take permission from the Awqaf and Minor Affairs' Department. As for a caretaker, he needs to get permission from the court of jurisdiction.
