إقرار يصدر من الشخص صاحب المصنف الفكري أو العلامة التجارية بموجبه يقر بتنازله عن حقه فيها إلى الشخص المقر له المتنازل إليه.

Pre-Requisites

Steps

1. Set appointment for appearance before Notary for signing.

2. Review application form by Notary.

3. Pay by credit card or e-Dirham.

4. Examination and identification of instrument?s options.

5. Enclose documentation required for authentication.

6. Fill required data or information in the form

7. Sign and receive document.

Conditions

1. The acknowledger must be at least 21 years old
2. The Intellectual Work shall be registered at the Department of Information or Ministry of Information.

Documents to be attached electronically and original copies to be brought on attendance

1.   The Original proof of personal identification and a copy thereof shall be presented. This shall include passport, national ID card, or any other document issued by official body in the UAE.
2.   Original documents establishing the capacity of the attendee and his competence to act in signing (like wills and guardianship and agency). Submissions are issued abroad shall be duly certified by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs or Ministry of Justice, if in foreign language.
3.  Certificate of legal document issued by competent authorities certifying ownership of the IP work (in the State) shall be presented.
4.   Document certifying ownership of IP work, certified by official authorities outside the State, in addition to attestation by UAE embassy or consulate, and later by UAE Minister of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Justice, if issued in languages other than Arabic, after having translated the same into Arabic, shall be submitted.
